3 Potatoes, cubed (Yukon Gold) |
3 cups Water |
3 tbsp Soy Sauce |
1 tbsp Sugar |
2 tbsp Corn syrup (Maple syrup would work) |
2 tbsp Mirin |
Korean Braised Potatoes Directions
- Peel 3 potatoes and cut them into bite-size pieces.
- Put 3 cups of water, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of corn syrup, 2 tablespoons of mirin into a pan and put the potatoes in it.
- Put a lid on and boil it over HIGH HEAT for about 20 minutes. Stir it occasionally and check if they are fully cooked.
