| 1/2 Onion |
| 3 Cloves garlic |
| 2/3 cup(s) White wine |
| 14 ounce(s) Can Tomatoes |
| 1 teaspoon(s) Dried Basil |
| 1 teaspoon(s) Dried Oregano |
| 1 teaspoon(s) Dried Rosemary |
| Salt |
| Pepper |
Pizza Sauce Directions
- Heat a sauce pan and add oil, finely diced onion nice, minced garlic. Stir until onion os translucent and garlic is fragrent.
- Add canned tomatoes (if whole chop first), once heated through add wine and cook for 10-15 minutes at a simmer.
- Once simmering is done remove from heat and add dry herbs along with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place in a container and refridgerate until needed. Freeze the remaining sauce in 1 pizza portions, roughly 3/4 cups.
- Herbs will finish cooking with the pizza resulting in a very flavorful pizza gravy.
