1 pound(s) uncooked linguine |
2 teaspoon(s) vegetable oil |
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh sliced mushrooms |
1/2 cup(s) chopped onion |
1 Clove(s) garlic |
2 1/2 ounce(s) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper |
2 cup(s) chopped tomatoes |
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesean cheese |
Herbed chicken pasta Directions
- Cook Pasta in about 4 quarts of boiling salted water until el dente. Drain.
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot. Ass mushrooms, onions and garlic - saute for 2 minutes. Add chicken, salt, basil and pepper - saute 5 minutes or until chicken is done. Ass chopped tomato and saute an additional 2 mintes.
- Servce chicken herb sauce over pasta. Sprinke with the parmesean cheese.
