Gochujang & Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin Directions
- Marinate: Whisk gochujang, soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, sesame oil, gochugaru, garlic, ginger, and vinegar together. Place pork in a bag, pour in all the marinade, and massage. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- The "Safe Zone" Reduction: Remove pork from bag, letting excess drip off. Pour the used marinade into a saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 full minute to sanitize. If too thick, add a splash of water. Set aside for glazing.
- Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Brush pork with neutral oil. Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes, flip pork at the 10 min mark. Glaze: open basket and brush pork generously with the boiled reduction. Set to Roast for 5 min (Watch closely to prevent burning).
- Rest: Remove when internal temp hits 145°F (63°C). Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Cook the broccoli while the pork rests
