1 head Broccoli, cut into florets
1 tbsp Miso (white or red)
2 tbsp Sesame oil (not toasted)
1 tsp Chili oil (optional)
1 tsp Fish sauce

Miso-Chili "Bang Bang" Broccoli Directions

  1. Whisk: In a large bowl, whisk the miso paste, neutral oil, chili oil, and fish sauce until smooth.
  2. Toss: Add broccoli florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  3. Cook: Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. (Alternatively, roast in oven at 425°F for 15–20 mins).
  4. Serve: Drizzle with extra chili oil before serving.
