| 1 tbsp Miso (white or red) |
| 2 tbsp Sesame oil (not toasted) |
| 1 tsp Chili oil (optional) |
| 1 tsp Fish sauce |
Miso-Chili "Bang Bang" Broccoli Directions
- Whisk: In a large bowl, whisk the miso paste, neutral oil, chili oil, and fish sauce until smooth.
- Toss: Add broccoli florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Cook: Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. (Alternatively, roast in oven at 425°F for 15–20 mins).
- Serve: Drizzle with extra chili oil before serving.
