| 3 lbs fresh mussels |
| 2-3 hot Italian sausages |
| 2-3 large tomatoes |
| 3/4 cup Dry Sherry |
| 1-2 onions |
| juice of 1 lemon |
| 2 garlic cloves - chopped |
| 1/2 tsp salt |
Mussels and Italian Sausage Directions
- In a large pan, quickly cook sausage. Add onion, tomato salt and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add 1/2 of the Sherry and lemon juice and simmer for another 2 minutes.
- Toss in well rinsed Mussels and the rest of the Sherry. Cover and steam for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve in a large bowl.
- Best served with Bread and a salad.
